KEY Engineering Associates (KEY) offers hands-on involvement by the firm's owner, competent & efficient personnel, and ultra-responsive service.  KEY is available to immediately and expeditiously proceed with new projects.

KEY Engineering Associates (KEY) has been operating as a professional civil engineering firm in Florida since 1988.  The firm's principal engineer, Keith Bachmann, has been the lead contact person and the engineer-of-record for nearly all of KEY's clients.  Mr. Bachmann is a registered professional engineer, with both a Bachelor's Degree with Honors and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. 

 

Mr. Bachmann has over 35 years of continuous, practical civil engineering experience, focused primarily on water and wastewater systems, utility pumping and piping, site development, drainage, stormwater management systems, and structural engineering for reinforced concrete tanks and/or retention wall projects.  Mr. Bachmann is KEY's owner and a full-time employee of the firm.
